Am I reading this right? And that trustee sales are down from last week?
This is not to say that things are going well. I presume that at a certain point (as matters worsen), there will be fewer foreclosures because (by then) so many homes are already in forclosure.
I can only imagine the pain, angst and sorrow endured by those who are losing their homes....
Trustee sales were the same, but the composition shifted to a greater percentage <$90K. We'll see how this develops. There may also be some aberrations in how TS's are required to be reported. Merely picking a Friday may skew the results. But, alas, I've not enough time to list and count the weekly unique listings.
