Tim Knight wrote a terrific post which you can find HERE.
It reminded me of the commentary that I've seen reproduced in other books when at various times in a bear market (particular in the heat of a bear market rally) folks have trumpeted "all clear" for investors. Tim's post was a sobering reminder of just how far a market can fall after a cacophony of trumpeteering from all corners of the investing universe signals that all is well.
I'm in the camp of "I don't know", but FOR ME I'm willing to wade back in as I've some put insurance.
